Gearing
So you will start with 5/5 Cataclysmic set. Then get the following :
Neck : Cataclysmic Gladiator's Necklace of Proficiency (Expertise agility neck)
Cloak : Cataclysmic Gladiator's Cape of Cruelty (Crit agility cloak)
Bracers :Cataclysmic Gladiator's Armwraps of Accuracy (Hit agility bracers)
Belt : Cataclysmic Gladiator's Waistband of Cruelty (Crit agility belt)
Boots : Cataclysmic Gladiator's Boots of Cruelty (Crit agility boots)
Ring 1 :Cataclysmic Gladiator's Ring of Cruelty (Crit agility ring)
Ring 2 :Cataclysmic Gladiator's Ring of ACcuracy (Hit agility ring)
Trinket 1 :Cataclysmic Gladiator's Badge of Conquest (Agility use trinket)
Trinket 2 : Cataclysmic Gladiator's Medallion of Tenacity or the Horde version of it. In case you play human the option atm on the 4.3.4
is Cataclysmic Gladiator's Insignia of Conquest which u can swap out for a PvE later when they add them if you feel like. Although this is
awesome atm since there is no ICD on procc trinkets so you have 1.4+ agility at all times.
Weapons : Main Hand-Cataclysmic Gladiator's Shanker
Off Hand-Cataclysmic Gladiator's Shiv/Cataclysmic Gladiator's Quickblade
Throw-Cataclysmic Gladiator's Hatchet
(The 2nd Off Hand weapon doesn't have to be a sword , it can be a mace or an axe just make sure you get the 1 with agility).
Talents
There are a lot of speccs you can come up with. My usual specc outside arenas is something like this ( I wanna apologize at this point butI cannot upload specc pictures because im terrible at using forums) Note : The ones in bold can be changed as its my own way of using
them.
1v1/World PvP Specc
Sublety Tree
3/3 [Improved Ambush] 3/3 [Relentless Strikes]
2/2 [Elusiveness] 2/2 [Walylay] 3/3 [Opportunity]
3/3 [Energetic Recovery] 2/2 [Find Weakness] 1/1 [Hemorrhage]
1/3 [Honor Among Thieves] 1/1 [Premeditation]
3/3 [Cheat Death] 1/1 [Preparation] 2/2 [Sanguinary Vein]
3/3 [Slaughter from the Shadows]
1/1 [Shadow Dance]
Combat Tree
2/2 [Improved Recuperate]
Assassination Tree
2/3 [Coup de Grace] 3/3 [Lethality]
2/2 [Quickening] 1/3 [Puncturing Wounds]
Battleground Specc
Same tree , i would drop Waylay for 3/3 Honor Among Thieves , that way ull be fed from combo points.
2v2 Double DPS specc
For combos such as double rogue / feral rogue / mage rogue / hunter rogue / sp rogue / ret rogue / dk rogue (dont mind me if i forget something) drop waylay and go 3/3 Honor Among Thieves , you will have a lot of combos to cover all the things you need and spare to do
eviscerates very often.
2v2 Healer DPS specc
I never really played that combo but you will drop improved recuperate and go 3/3 puncturing wounds.
3v3 speccs
Here i can't really give you a "ready" specc , it has to do with the combo that you run , your rogue playing and even with the enemies
aswell.
If you see that you're the target of choice keep improved recup , swap waylay for puncturing wounds or HAM if you play with
a class that tends to crit.
If you play an extremely offensive combo such as RMP (rogue mage priest) , Thug cleave [hunter rogue disc (usually) ] and stealthcleave
[feral rogue disc (usually)] since u're gonna have a lot of peels u can go 3/3 HAT and 3/3 puncturing wounds (this specc kicks ^@#)
Ofcourse you can come up with any combination you like.
Glyphs
Prime : Glyph of Shadow Dance , Backstab , Hemorrhage
Major : Glyph of Garrote , Preparation , Blind

Legs : Charscale Leg Armor

Stat Priority
So as a rogue your main stat is Agility.
Stat Priority would look something like this Agility>crit>rest , 5% hit is always a must.
So if you do all the things mentioned above you should end up with :
7785 Agility
7979 Stamina
15662 Melee Attack Power
40.46% Critical
5.06% Hit Rating (closest you can get)
8 Expertise
5056 Resilience
Now you might ask, what's the point of capping hit when not capping Expertise.
Well as a rogue most of your attacks are supposed to be from behind. although against melees you are forced to fight face to face
most of the time, parrying or dodging a hit is very rare , but you can't aford missing on a 5 combo kidney shot , a disarm ,
a gouge or something else.
Also you will notice that i gem agility/res and you might ask why not agility/crit.
The answer is simple , with improved vanish you have 100% crit chance on your ambush and you have 50% backstab
critical strike chance (70% if you play a more offensive specc) which is far from enough , also resilience is an awesome stat.
