Alright so since it's Christmas I've decided to kinda round up a rogue and a feral guide... So here we go! Note: This is quite the short guide, I'm probably not going to actually explain all the strategies against all the comps, but I'll obviously put gear, glyphs and talents in there, also maybe some dueling strats. Anyways, hope you guys enjoy.
-Rogue-
Alright first thing's first, your general role as a rogue. Rogue is mostly a damage dealer, but it also has really good control. So let's start with gearing.
Gear: As a rogue I tend to pick up full Bloodthirsty/Vicious Leather set. As for trinkets if I'm a human I'll pick up the Insignia of Conquest (Vicious or BT) and the Badge of Conquest (Vicious or BT). If I roll a race that needs a pvp trinket, I usually roll with the Medallion of Tenacity (Vicious or BT, it's the Resil pvp trinket. I don't take the crit one because as a rogue the gear and spec themselves give you a load of crit, so I've decided a bit more survivability wouldn't be too bad.)
As for enchants: My weapon enchants are Hurricane on the main hand (Because Landslide doesn't work) and a Weapon Chain on the offhand.
My gear enchants are as follows: Head: 60 Agi and 35 Resi
Neck: None
Shoulders: 50 Agi and 25 Resi
Cloak: 22 Agi
Chest: I personally take the 40 Resi enchant, some prefer the one that increases all stats, I just like being a bit tanky.
Wrist: 50 Agi
Hands:20 Agi
Belt: Belt Buckle, with the 50 Agi red gem
Legs: 145 Stamina and 55 Agi
Boots: 35 Agi.
Alright, now that we're all geared up we need to reforge.
Reforging is pretty easy, I usually reforge Mastery and Haste to hit rating, until I have about 5% (+,-)
Good. Now that we have our hit rating, so we don't miss, let's actually get a spec.
My spec is actually pretty twisted, as I take Waylay because poisons don't work and I need to have some sort of slow, otherwise even the im gay mages are a challenge, but for the sake of this guide being actually usable on other servers too, I've decided to change it up a bit. Here we go:
(Note: If you don't want to read all this bla bla, you can just scroll down a bit for a screenshot, you'll also get an idea of what my binds look like )
In Subtlety I take 1 point in Nightstalker
3 in Improved Ambush
3 in Relentless Strikes
3 in Opportunity
1 in Initiative
3 in Energetic Recovery
2 in Find Weakness
1 in Hemorrhage
3 in Honor Amongst Thieves
1 in Premeditation
3 in Cheat Death
1 in Preparation
2 in Sanguinary Vein
3 in Slaughter from the Shadows
1 in Shadow Dance.
In the Combat tree, I take:
2 in Improved Recuperate
In the Assassination Tree I get:
2 in Coup de Grace
3 in Lethality
3 in Puncturing Wounds
Now this talent tree is quite good on this particular server, I'm not sure how viable it is on others tho, seeing as all pservers work kinda differently. Also, here's the link to the screenshot:

Now let's talk glyphs, shall we?
I usually take Backstab, Shadow dance and Hemorrhage on Prime
Cloak of Shadows, Blind, Preparation on Major
Distract on Minor
Alright, now that we're all geared up and ready to go, let's talk a bit about the general rogue pvp "Rotations" (Obviously there's no such thing, it's all situational, but what I actually mean is what you should do in a duel in the case that everything goes perfect for you.)
I like to first do Premeditation and put Recup up, because I just tend to burst quite a lot at the start of duels, so I need that quick energy regen for more damage. Anyways, afterwards I open with a cheap shot, pop my on-use trinket and Shadow Dance, then Ambush until I have 5 combo points, then Kidney Shot, afterwards continuing to dps as hard as I can. By the end of the shadow dance the target is usually almost dead, then you just use backstab, hemo and evisc to shut him down.
As for arenas, the general strategy is: img571.imageshack.us/img571/2444/samww.png
It doesn't look too pretty, but it's damn effective in 4.3. As for macros, I use:
Sap Macro
/console targetNearestDistance 10.000000
/targetenemy [noharm] [dead]
/console tragetNearestDistance 41.000000
/cast [harm,nodead] Sap
Focus Disarm
/cast [@focus] Disarm
Focus Blind
/cast [@focus] Blind
Focus Kick
/cast [@focus] Kick
Focus Shadowstep Kick
/cast [@focus] Shadowstep
/cast [@focus] Kick
Target Shadowstep Kick
/cast Shadowstep
/cast Kick
Focus Shiv
/cast [@focus] Shiv.
Note: These are all arena macros, most of them being quite useless in a 1v1 situation.
Alright, so I guess that's about it concerning rogues. I might also put up a feral guide later today. Anyways hope this helped.
